Woodberry Copse is a select development of three, four and five bedroom homes has been designed to protect the existing woodland setting. The homes at Woodberry Copse have been inspired by the Arts and Crafts style architecture that is so typical of this area.

Roca Sanitaryware has been requested with close coupled and concealed cistern WCs. Semi pedestals are installed with wash hand basins and Hansgrohe brassware. Housing association plots require Ideal Standard Sandringham sanitaryware and brassware, whilst using electric and thermostatic showers.
